This is the first pick I got. It is very interesting that this was my first pick because it is in a such contrast with the believes and wants of modern time. It is not surprising when you see antiaging commercial online or on TV. We want to stay young. Yet here is my wife, telling me about being old. It humbly reminded me that I grow up in a culture where getting old was actually an honor. It stems from the fact that most people don’t live that long. However, in the west with all the advance in health and well being science, we are living longer. Maybe that why being old is rather something that is expected but we don’t want it now.
